We represent Tayo for Literary, Film and TV rights. To speak about these please email [email protected]
Tayo Irvine Hendrix is a polymath whose life blends fine art, music, philanthropy, and motivational speaking. A sacred drum gifted by her father at age three ignited her passion for rhythm and healing. After a tragic loss to suicide aged 22, she left music to become a psychotherapist, counsellor, and keynote speaker.
In 2009, Tayo founded the Tayo Irvine Hendrix Youth Foundation (TaYouth), empowering young people and gaining recognition with an invitation to Downing Street after the London Riots in 2011. She returned to music with her inspiring single “Champion” ahead of the London Olympics and released her debut album in 2013. Since then, she has dedicated her life to empowering others through her art & soul projects.
Her latest project, Hummingland™, invites children into a fantastical world of musical instruments that help them navigate life’s challenges. Honoured with the Sylvia Anderson Best Children’s Author Award in 2018, Tayo expanded her children’s brands by developing mindfulness-focused projects in TV and LIVE.
As a shaman practitioner and motivational speaker, Tayo leads transformative retreats worldwide, merging ancient wisdom with modern healing. She inspires individuals to embrace their unique paths and discover the music within, serving as a beacon of hope and artistic expression for all.
